Makes about 1 1/2 cup
Another handy all-purpose sauce that's great to have in the fridge.
Ingredients #
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2-3 tbsp chipotle en adobo
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions #
Put everything in a blender and blend until emulsified. Correct seasoning as needed.
