An elegant Champagne cocktail perfect for a holiday cocktail party or other festive occasion.
Ingredients #
- 1 sugar cube
- orange bitters
- Angostura bitters
- Cognac
- Champagne or other sparkling wine
Instructions #
Soak 1 sugar cube with 4-5 drops Orange Bitters and 2 drops Angostura Bitters. Place sugar cube in glass.
Add ½ ounce/1 tablespoon Cognac.
Top with sparkling wine.
