Ingredients #

  • 1/2 c Amaretto
  • 1/4 c Cognac or brandy
  • 1-4 tsp of sugar (to taste)
  • 3 cups freshly brewed strong black coffee, hot
  • Lightly sweetened whipped cream to taste

Instructions #

In each of the four 8-ounce mugs, combine 2 tbsp of the Amaretto, 1 tbsp of Cognac or brandy and sugar to taste. Divide the hot coffee among the mugs, stir the drinks until the sugar is dissolved, and top each drink with a dollop of whipped cream.
